BEAUTIFUL HOTEL

A beautiful hotel, the room was nice and the bathroom was nice
. Staff very friendly. Special thanks to NIDHI mam for arrange candle light dinner. Breakfast and dinner buffet really nice lots of choices. Prices very reasonable. Overall this is a great hotel and I would definitely stay here again.

Very bad experience! Rude n disrespectful staff.

No facility, last to last Manali road n very narrow road, staff n manager not good, very bad experience, disappointing staff n dirty food !

Average hotel, poor management.

All the raving reviews published here about this hotel do'nt reflect the true standard and quality of this hotel. It is just a mediocre hotel managed unprofessionally. Can't be rated as a 3 * hotel. Located on a hillock, not far away from town. Approach road is full of pot holes and totally damaged. Only USP is good mountain view. Receptionist staff is very cordial and friendly. Room is spacious, bed linen appears clean. Bath room is small, but clean with good tiled walls. Restaurant service is very poor. Looks like grossly understaffed. I noticed even receptionist helping with making chapaties for dinner. That shows the class of the hotel. Both breakfast and dinner are served only after 8. Have to skip bf if you are starting early for your tour. They don't provide any packed bf either. Limited dishes for dinner. No soup or fruits provided. Roti is of poor quality.
Parking almost nonexistent. Just sufficient for 3-4 cars. My driver had to park on the road.
No help to load luggage while checking out. Overall, not at all great as mentioned in some of the reviews. Not worth the money. Better to avoid staying here. There are several other options.

Awesome experience

Staff are very cooperative and helpful, Rooms and hotel are overall very clean!
Staff helped us to plan a surprise birthday also supported us with a separate room to celebrate bday.
Big thanks to Nidhi Ma'am and katson staff..
Location is wow because you will have great view from window

Excellent hotel & staff is also good personally Ashish shahrma & shivani mehta staff repertative is good nature and comparative& food is also Good and hotel location is very nice near the nature beauty
