Economical homestay with good hospitality and food
Visited this homestay with a group of 15 people which included 1 2 year old kid and a granny of 70 years old. The place was just awesome to suit everyone's needs. It has all types of rooms available, we took a big dormitory which easily accommodated all of us. The owner of the house was very courteous in providing us with hot water whenever required. Each room has a small varandah attached. All rooms have power backup.
The location is just perfect. The beach is at a walking distance of 4 to 5 mins an same is with the market. He also used to lend us his activa for going to market to bring water and other stuff.
The food was provided on request. There is no pre-defined menu. Whatever we wanted was prepared and given on time but with advance notification.
He also had good contacts for scuba diving and other water sports activities.
Do not expect luxurious stay, but if you want a budget friendly clean hygienic room at a good location and good hospitality then Mulekar Residency is perfect for you.
