Nice and decent hotel for a business trip.

The staff is very helpful & polite. The food is excellent. Buffet breakfast. Decent ambience. Good rooms. Its not a premium hotel, but quite decent for business travelers. It definitely has room for improvement.

Very Average but do NOT book via Treebo

This is a vert average hotel. So basic that I might not book it again even for a short trip. Staff is very courteous & prompt but overall hotel is extremely average.
However, even if you plan to book pls book directly at Laxvas and NOT via Treebo. In fact, pls do not book any of the Treebo hotels since they seem to abruptly terminate their contract with the hotel & the guests are left with no option but to relocate to other hotel thet they put you on - which in my case ended up being some shady hotel in the interiors of Thane where I slept 2 sleepless nights since the room did not have a lock from inside.

Average stay

Doesn’t look like a premium hotel but has average features in it! Rooms are okay with all facilities. Building is very old
However staff is very helpful
Food is average too
Toiletries were not up to the mark
Can definitely be improved

Not like Teebo premium hotel

No greetings from staff whatsoever. Didn't inform about the breakfast or wifi. I had to ask them and then the lady didn't respond anything and was working something, I had to ask whether she is giving me or not? She said yes. No subscription of any channels in TV. It was just a showpiece. At the time of shower realised that shower gel is empty! House keeping didn't bother to fill up! The room wasn't clean either. Middle of the night some guests making lots of noise too

Not recommended at all !

The hotel is very outdated old building with old rooms. UNPROFESSIONAL staff.Food is average. I dont recommend at all. There are better options in same area. The area is not good too. No taxi & auto available.
