Hopeless property
The bed sheet was dirty the floor was not clean, room had a bad smell like not cleaned since months they showed us good pictures while booking and took the whole payment and when we visited it was not at all similar we requested for refund they didn’t gave it.

Worst Experience Ever
The amenities stated are inadequate at Elysium Resort Panchgani.
Pros: A quiet location with spacious accommodations.
Cons: Very highly priced for the services they offered. They charged us 3000/- per night for a couple.
The elegant rooms were so smelly and very very dirty.
The washrooms had no hot water also all of the faucets and showers were damaged.
A nightmare during our stay in October 2022 Diwali. The resort was not at all maintained, color on wall was so damp also the sofa and bed we all having stains on it.
Electric switch and plugs were not functioning also there was no TV in the rooms, after we asked them for fix a TV they were not recharged and not working.
The rooms were not clean after the use of previous customers. There were used cigarette buds in the room and even food on the floor which was dried and rotten.
The staff was not cooperative at all.
It is an ancient property, and the owner does not care to maintain it. The staff is very very casual.
Food quality is so so. Overall, we were cheated.
We reserved a stay at this resort by contacting the number shown on the Elysium Panchgani website.
They very smartly ask you to transfer the full payment and them when you show them the shabby rooms they simply tell you that no refund will be given you may leave the resort if you wish to do so.
