A reason to go year after year to Madurai - Mr Pandian with his hospitality and always ready with solution smile!

Feedback for Mr. Pandian, Reception – Taj Pasumalai
I want to recognize Mr. Pandian at the reception for being exceptionally helpful and accommodating. There were times we had late check-ins and he went out of his way to help with bookings so everything was smooth.
He suggests great food options and ensures we are taken care of across the entire property. He once suggested a massage and it turned out to be one of the best I’ve ever had. From small requests to big arrangements, everything is handled with a gentle smile that makes the whole interaction worthwhile.
Pandian sir is not just a Taj team member to us – we consider him family. The love and respect he showed my father made us feel truly cared for. Year after year, we return to Taj Pasumalai, and the main reason is Pandian sir.
My family is forever grateful for his guidance and hospitality. Thank you for building such an amazing work culture and customer-centric approach. Staff like him are what make Taj special.

Excellent Hospitality and Delicious Food

We had a pleasant stay at Taj Gateway Madurai. Room No. 27 offered an excellent view of the Madurai Meenakshi Amman Temple, which made our stay even more memorable. Special thanks to Mr. Kamesh from the front desk for his warm hospitality and great assistance throughout our stay. We also thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food prepared by Chef Suresh. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit comfortable and enjoyable. We look forward to visiting again.

Excellent food and service at Taj deccan

Excellent food, service,ambience,,,,great team working with you, Thankyou so much great hospitality. We really felt home. All because of the wonderful human beings. Thank you to the restaurant Manager - Mr. Raghu and his wonderful team - Krishna, Mahinder, Venkat, Abhijith, Adarsh for all the attention given to us. And Mr Ajay and his team of Gautam , Rahul and Gautam. You all made our stay the best.
