An Escape Amidst Busy Madurai
Our experience at Heritage Madurai was brilliant from start to finish. From the warm welcome to the smooth checkout, everything was handled exceptionally well. The restaurant beautifully reflects Chettiar culture, and the entire stay felt truly memorable.
A special mention to Mr. Siddesh, who made excellent food recommendations and went above and beyond with his warm hospitality, making our stay even more enjoyable. Mr. Balaji, the concierge manager, was also extremely helpful and guided us around the property with great care.
If you’re looking for a relaxing staycation in Madurai, Heritage Madurai is definitely the place to be.
A special mention to Mr. Siddesh, who made excellent food recommendations and went above and beyond with his warm hospitality, making our stay even more enjoyable. Mr. Balaji, the concierge manager, was also extremely helpful and guided us around the property with great care.

Awesome experience
One of the best experience i have got in this trip when I stayed in this property. Especially the hospitalaliy is too good and staff are very polite and ambience is mind blowing. Mantra is the lady who is very polite responsible and one the best lady I ever seen in this service industry that made customer to visit again.

Heritage Madurai indeed is 5 star service and great positivity
Excellent property excellent service and great hospitality by Ajit at reception, Monica at restaurant and also Mohan + Siddesh at the restaurant
The Spa done by Manoj was simply great and love the dedication of people at hotel to serve their guests
