I'll never rated ya review any hotel even I'll stay in hyyat but The Palatial hotel is perfect
For all circumstances it's just perfect in night any need 3 am anything they give us .
Specially I'll glad to thanks Archana Mam, Jaaynti Mam , Sandeep brother. The all members everyone needed they treated like family . Surely suggest to everyone please if you stay in lucknow just Book the Palatial hotel without any hesitation.
It's best suggestion from a good traveller.

AVOID THIS HOTEL ANY ANY COST

This hotel is completely mis-managed and dirty. I was also fooled by the reviews posted here but actually the hotel is not the same as shown here. The hotel has only 04 staff in all. The restaurant was dirty and closed down. The rooms were dirty, shockingly to our knowledge that everything was broken. The bed linen were dirty. there was no housekeeping or even room service guys. The girl name Jayanti was a liar and kept us lying for everything. The owner Mr Adarsh Singh is also a liar and didnt budge or took any responsibility for all complaints which kept on coming again and again. We had a nightmare of our experience in this hotel. I posted some real pictures against the one which is posted by the hotel here.
Please dont go to this hotel and waste your time and money.

Firstly our booking was denied by hotel which was done thr' expedia.Then although paid for deluxe room, gave us dirty small inconvienient room without AC,fan,cupboard.After multiple requests,no upgradation on next day also.

Housekeeping and frant office team

Housekeeping team is very supportive and helpful specialy joti and kajal is very helpful gye thank team palatial .full enjoy and comfortable stay in hotel. hotel location is very royalty and prime so I came next visit in month for business purpose.

Staff and break fast special housekeeping team is very care full and Suprtable

Good hotel and atmosphere is attractive
Clean and comfy hotel in city centre
We had a wonderful stay in charming Hotel Palatial.Gently refurbished, preserving the old art deco details and yet with a fresh and up-to-date feel. Very clean and lots of space. Wonderfull breakfast with a choice for every diet. Very kind staff and great value for money. Right in the heart of city centre.
