Pathetic Service
We had stayed in your property on 29 Nov 2022,
I felt that hotel is not providing a good hospitality to customers.
We had asked hotel that we want to celebrate bday. And we requested for some basic decorations nd towel art, at the time of online booking they promised us that they will decorate the room.
But they didn't make anything.
When we asked them to do a towel art , they told we can't do, hotel will not do such requests.
And your hotel dosent have a dental kit ??
No shampoo or conditioner.
Just one person is there which was good and that was from Housekeeping team,Really appreciable Mr Rajesh for his outstanding services.
They have charges us for water bottle aslo
