Good experience

All the things are good. Staff are very supportive, and the chef Pavan is amazing personality. He is very supportive .He gave us Fruit for travelling also.

Pleasant stay

I must honestly admit that it was a Wonderful experience. My wife and I both enjoyed to the utmost. The hotel was very well located and the cleanliness was outstanding. The employees were very knowledgeable and the service was impeccable. We decided to revisit the Hotel next year.

Not a 5 star hotel by any stretch. 3 star at best.

Awful experience. Nice staff, poorly trained. Terrible bathtub. Dogs barking outside all night. Lousy breakfast options. Charged me twice and did not refund the duplicate charge after several requests. I had to raise a dispute with American Express.

Nothing less than a Nightmare!

Nothing less than a nightmare. Had booked the suite. Shower knobs fell off & the jacuzzi was filthy. No water when the electricity goes. No bottled water in the room, only water in jugs. No replenishment of coffee or tea bags. In the evening the AC stopped working & the reception refused to send House keeping & inform the manager Mrs Anu. Flies in the restaurant. Half things not available from the menu. Will be posting & blogging shortly this torture. It’s a 2 star hotel at max
