The Best Decision I Made in Ladakh: Staying at Leh Stumpa! Felt like family :)
7 nights in Ladakh, and Leh Stumpa Homestay was hands down the highlight. During my 7N 8D first visit to Leh Ladakh, this property became my home away from home, and that feeling was entirely created by the people who run it. Polite, warm, and genuinely caring, the team at Leh Stumpa goes beyond hospitality. They make you feel seen and welcomed.
The rooms are large, immaculately clean, and comfortably furnished. The property is well-maintained, the garden area is peaceful and lovely. There’s also a handy general store on-site where you can pick up daily essentials, and parking space is available. Practically speaking, they’ve thought of everything.
The location near Leh Main Market is a bonus in itself. But most importantly, the people here make you feel like family from day one. The hospitality isn’t just professional, it’s personal. Leh Stumpa doesn’t just give you a place to stay. It gives you a place to belong.
If you’re visiting Ladakh for the first time, let Leh Stumpa be your base. Highly recommend. You won’t regret it :)

A Perfect Blend of Comfort, Nature, and Hospitality
A beautifully maintained and spotless place to stay. The food was delicious and truly homely. The highlight is the lush green garden, which offers a wonderful firsthand experience of live farming. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the warm, welcoming landlady made our stay even more special by inviting us for tea and sharing her stories. On our next trip to Ladakh, we will definitely choose to stay here again

A taste of Ladakh
Had a wonderful stay at Leh Stumpa! The homestay family is incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel at home. We enjoyed fresh homemade meals from their kitchen garden and loved experiencing the traditional kitchen and attire. A truly authentic and memorable stay—highly recommended! ♥️

Our group of 16 members (4 families) had a wonderful stay at Leh Stumpa Hotel, Leh. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable, the staff was polite and helpful, and the food was delicious. Great hospitality and a peaceful location. Highly recommended for families and groups visiting Leh!
