Pleasant Stay In Lasermo
Location - Very near to main market (750 Mtrs)
Hotel Ambience - Very premium and nicely made property
Welcome and check in - we were given a warm welcome with white shawl and Leh berry juice.
Rooms- Rooms were spacious, felt very cozy and premium, bed was soft and linens were premium too. It had a separate work station and a lounge chair with coffee table. It had a big tv as well (we didn't use the tv however).The room we stayed had a balcony too.
Washroom - It was very spacious and luxurious. Had a backlit huge mirror. All the fitting were of kohler and felt as if newly done. It had hot water both at night and morning.
Toiletries - It had premium brand (Kimirica) shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and shower gel in place. Room had shower cap, loofa, dental and shaving kit and room slippers too.
Only thing probably missing in comparison of a standard 4 star hotel would be hair dryer in washroom and mini fridge (Can skip fridge given the weather of Leh). Other than that i think they had everything covered.
We did not use the inhouse restaurant and did not have breakfast as we left early morning to catch flight.

Worst experience, highly not recommended to anyone!
1) Food items mentioned in their menu are not available, probably I asked 4 items which I wanted to eat but they simply refused
2) Food taste and quality is so so miserable I can't express, wish there could have been a -ve rating I could have given
3) Service is so bad, the staff give you wrong information while serving food. I would like to mention about the in room dining staff Akash, he simply misguided us by mentioning that your steamed rice would be complimentary as we served very bad biryani which we will replace and adjust the total cost in that bill of chicken biryani. He never took signature on that bill, and while check out that bill is produced in front of me to forcefully pay. When confronted him and the reception staff, reception guy said you can post the review as we don't care for it.
4) Cleaniness across the hotel was poor, in the room it was so dusty and dirty
In short, kindly don't book your stay otherwise you will be at suffering end
I would like to highlight to the owner of the hotel to improve these things.

Best Hotel in Leh
One of the highlights was the food. This hotel serves some of the best cuisine in the city. I was given the option to request special dishes like Khichdi or chicken on any day I wanted, making it feel just like home. The quality and taste of the food were outstanding, and I enjoyed every meal.
Another great advantage is the hotel's location. It's situated right next to a supermarket, which is perfect for any emergency needs, and it's also very close to the main market. This convenience adds to the overall experience, making it an ideal place for a perfect holiday.
I will definitely be returning here soon.
