Great Location Excellent staff
We got stuck in Lachen due to washing away of a section of road and next day one of my family member was admitted to Army transit camp hospital. Since Summit Gangchen was closest to the hospital we stayed in this hotel as it was just touching boundaries with the camp.
Later we came to know that hotel association of Lachen had decided not to charge the customers for accommodation. So the Summit hotel offered us a complimentary room.
Want to thank the management of Summit group for hosting us under dire circumstances.
Also want to thank all the staff of the hotel and especially the manager Mr. Bibek Thapa who went all the way to make my stay and journey comfortable.

A memorable and comfortable experience
A comfortable and wonderful experience. Good, polite and professional staff. They tried to provide what ever best is available at 9000ft. A special mention for Robin's and Renu's efforts to make our stay comfortable

Good experience
Service and staff are very good
The location and property was also good
Mirrors weren’t there in the rooms though
The food was amazing
They even made no onion garlic food for us

Experience is really nice
It was really good experience to stay with summit .Staff is really cooperative. One thing which was lacking that there is no garbage bag in any dustbin. Overall exp is really good.Food is really good.Rabin Pranit are very cooperative.Sylvia is very friendly…
