Beautiful Stay......

We had a Grea and Comfortable stay with Hotel Indraprastha and recommended to individual and family people. We had enjoyed our stay at Kottayam and the food was awesome.
The staffs were very helpfull.

WORST BREAKFAST, BEST ROOM

room and its facilities were perfect.no complains.
only the breakfast was disappointing...
I was expecting being a 4STAR rated hotel to include the following in their breakfast:-
"QUOTE"

to my surprise ,the restaurant attendant informed they only have ALA CARTE menu but i was not shown the menu so I just informed the attendant to arrange for me toast, butter and jam with Tea.
the tea was just warm ....i asked for cheese but they kept on brnging butter instead of cheese.

Bad experience

They claim to be a star rated hotel. But staffs need to be trained for that. Very bad experience, staffs were rude. Didn't deliver what promised. Will never recommend. It's just shady bar and nothing more.

Annual visit to family temple

Typical example of how to lie/fool a customer. Right from booking till room was occupied, none of the staff intimated that there will be no hot water in the shower, despite the fact that the solar heater was nonfunctional for quite some days prior. Solution was to give hot water in buckets
Customer comfort is the last in their priority with other amenities like wifi practically non-existent.
Attitude of the management which translates to attitude of the staff was very evidently bad, especially being dishonest to clients about basic facilities.
Strongly recommended to not attempt to stay at such lousy places

Good Food

Hotel is close to kottayam Nehru stadium , A good Restaurant with ala carte menu avilable , Food is very good and lot of options . South indian , North indian chinese , few options of western are offered .
Must try panfried karimeen and chicken 65 .
