My family get together

Me and my family have recently visited there on the last weekend and got a great experience in this hotel. It is very suitable for family get together at very reasonable price. It's also in my budget and I am very happy with their service.

AVOID!

We needed a 1 night stay and had booked 3 months in advance and paid up a non-refundable room rent. We were going en route to Sundarbans, so we were not expecting much. But the place fell surprisingly way below the basic expectations. Almost everything went wrong. First, they could not find our booking and refused the room. When we showed the email confirmation, they tried logging into 3 different portals, but still the answer was no. It needed a bit of tough talking and they relented. The room's windows were all boarded up, so no views at all. There was only 1 bath towel, and no napkins. When we asked the housekeeping they gave us a toilet paper roll to serve as a wash basin napkin! The breakfast was included in the room fare. But we were told that the cook comes late so it will be available only from 9am. Since we needed to start at 8am, they gave simple white bread, cucumber sandwiches. The place is not close to metro or any attractions. The locale is unsightly.
Choose this place is going to supermarket or bicycle shop or a microfinance point is what you want to do in Kolkata.

In love

A very nice hotel to stay in... great location too... there’s a grocery market near this hotel, and reliance fresh opposite to it...very convenient indeed... there r 2 drug stores just nearby as well... the hotel staff are very polite and the hospitality is excellent... i always stay in this hotel whenever i visit kolkata... i especially love their fried fish

First in its class hotel

This is a first in its class hotel with first class services and infrastructure. The maiden view of the hotel will attract you for sure. The people there were very humble and their hospitality was incredible.

my inlaws put near by
so we stayed here
hotel had all facilities needed
clean rooms
gud staff
they should on d list for customers
other thing was d shelter at 10 they close main gate had 2 come from back gate
preety not gud nd clean area and scary
