Very friendly and professional staff

A very good value for money. The staff is professional and very friendly. The room is clean, spacious. The hotel is located in a fairly quiet area. I highly recommend this establishment!

Just okay

The hotel is just fine. Small setup. Small rooms with bigger bathrooms. Smelly rooms and almirahs need to looked into. Bathroom cleaning needs improvement. Linen can certainly be much better. Food is okay. Service could be better. The staff is humble and almost understands what one needs.

The Most Horrible Hotel Stay Ever

I had gone on Business Visit to Kolkota and stayed in this Pathetic Hotel. Filthy washrooms Dirty Lenin, The Rooms were very dusty as if they have never been cleaned . The Breakfast was served in room Chilled Toasted Bread slices with tasteless Tea . Sleep quality was very Bad. I would never recommend this Hotel to anyone to ever stay in life. Oyo is least bothered about the quality in spite of reminders they never wanted to change the Hotel . The options Given to me were equally BAD,pathetic and not worth living.

Average stay at a reasonable rate

Location of the Hotel is gud. Food quality is also gud but quantity varies everyday.For this reason I had to order extra food. Rooms are very compact with queen size bed. Just the bed fits the room..no extra minimum space available. NSE office, Garia Market, Kalighat etc are very near. If u r on a budget, its a gud choice. Counter staff was gud but Staff behaviour was not up to the mark.

Awesome hotel

I have recently visited this hotel on the last week end. I booked a room in reasonable price and it is a very good deal for me. It is very clean and clear with all modern facilities. All over my experience is good.
