A farm stay experience
The Classic FARM house place. Mr Anand the Manager of the place knows different languages and is very helpful person. They do have caged rabbits and White pigeon. They do also have a small kids play area and lush green fields to play around the kids area. Unfortunately we were there during the first rain and there were some water dripping from the ceiling, but Anand and his team came quickly into action and helped us to shift the room. They do server food and the cook is very good with his cooking, he gave us what we wanted, they server both VEG and NON-VEG food. Please note this is kind of a farm stay so do not expect 4 start or 5 star kind of treatment :) . They do have a UPS which covers the light and the FAN during power outages, Vodafone network is patchy, airtel works better there. Overall it was a GREAT EXPERIENCE and i would surely love to go with the friends once :)

Horrible experience
Visited with my family and it was bad experience in this property.
Cleanliness: I would say negative mark. Bathrooms were very dirty, rooms were full of spider web and cockroaches, uncleaned bed sheets, muddy and dirty floor. Swimming pool was not clean as expected.
Food: Average food. Not much variety and limited quantity. Also it's important that you tell them in advance what you would like to eat. If you tell during your stay, most of the items from menu will not be available.
They charge Rs1000/person for lunch, dinner and breakfast. For lunch 1 starter, chapati, 1 subji, dal, rasam and white rice and curd. Evening tea with finger chips. Dinner 1 starter, chapati, 1 sabji, afternoon rasam, white rice. Breakfast was 2 Puri, 2 dal wada, soggy shavige bhat. Not worth the money they charge.
Non proactive service, everything you need to followup.
Major turnoff was, hot water service only in the morning, that too out of 5 members only 1 got hot water . We kept asking about it but no actions were taken, ended up taking cold water bath.
If you are television lover then big no to this place. Tv with no connection .
They say WiFi is available, but we couldn't connect to it and manager said someone will come for help, but no one turned up. We followed up during lunch even then he said same and we never got connectivity.
Most annoying thing was few locals(outsiders) came in the afternoon and played in pool when we wanted to use the pool.
Owner of the property need to look into lot of loose ends and monitor the things closely.

Very clean wid helpful staff,very good service.
Cleanliness at its best with good rooms,access to swimming pool.
Pretty good food.
Overall a pretty decent n good stay at very affordable price.

Had the best time with the team and is safe for children and women. Amazing place for a small weekend getaway.

Excellent fun place for family and friends
We rang in the new year with famiy and friends at this very homely resort. The food was very good and the stay was very enjoyable. We stayed at the guest house which was an excellent experience.Bunk beds for the kids ,single and double beds for the rest of the people were provided. All our requests were fulfilled and the people working there were very warm and sweet to us.Even though the pool was freezing cold, we all still had a great time with the kids. The bullock ride which took us to spot a few black bucks, the fire works at mid-night all have made our stay a very memorable one.
Thank you Mr.Ram for making our stay most enjoyable. We will surely visit again.
