Excellent budget hotel

Nice hotel with good staff ! Everything is good , but the problem is that there is no elevator..which kind of make more exercise after long walking ! Other than this.. Everything is best ! Moreover everything is near the hotel (i.e. Main Bazaar, best restaurants, yatra slip counter.

Terrible Experience - Avoid This Hotel

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The service was appalling—staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. The hot water in my room was not working, which made for an uncomfortable stay. Additionally, the TV was missing from my room, which was quite frustrating. Overall, I would not recommend staying here.

Vaishno Devi Darshan - Hotel In Katra

We booked it online from Yatra.com. Our experience was terrible they forcefully provided us a 4 bed room on 4th floor i told them we are a family of SIX 2 elderly people with my Pregnant Wife and in this condition they provided me room on 4th Floor room on ground floor were vaccant but then also we have to suffer only because we have booked online.
Persons coming to them directly and booking rooms with them were being provided with Ground Floor rooms only all online customers were harrased successfully...!

Good location and staff, average room

Stayed in this hotel for two nights. The staff is very helpful. The room was average. The ac rooms are all on the top floor so quite a climb. Cleanliness was well taken care of. Overall it was a fine stay.

Wonderful Budget Hotel in the town

Nice staying here. People working here are very calm and helpful, rooms are spacious and clean, service was also good. Location is very good, located in bus stand and Katra main market. Overall its real value for money.
