Fantastic Family stay, Value for money

Rooms are resanably priced,spacious n comfy. Has nice lawn, pool n gym. Decent morning breakfast. Zaika restaraunt on terrace has breathtaking view of karwar and food is supertasty with variety, cost effective rates. Staff and Service is very humble, prompt n top notch.Check inn, checkout smooth. Beach, market on walkable distance. Other famous spots n eatieries, Liquor shop nearby. Would love to come again n again. Best for family+Business trip.

Blood stains on bedsheet pls check when bedsheet when you people arrive at this hotel

I never know that i will receive a blood stain on my bedsheet from this hotel
We think this is the best choice hotel in karwar
I was really surprised when pulled the bedcover and found out blood stain on the bed sheet, and on bed protector.
If the housekeeping washed the bedsheet and the protector, this thing should not happened.
I believe the housekeeping did not change the bedsheet from the last guest.
I could not believe if the housekeeping did not notice the blood stain while making up the bed.
I do not want to ruin my day

Good staff..clean and tidy rooms.. this property has a rooftop restaurant which serves authentic and customised meals.. staff is very polite and hospitable.. morning breakfast were freshly made and not made and kept in the benmeri.....

Decent stay

Rooms are good. We were in a flat. The breakfast has no variety.. Just 2-3 items. The restaurant on ground floor is not good. Very convenient location. Parking is just ok. Staff is courteous. Very close to good eateries Market Auto stand so location wise it's best

A lovely comfortable stay with this hotel.
Got treated like family
The staff gave personal attention and were looking out for our needs.
The special food requests were handled well. We requested for king fish fried Karwar style and tawa fried pomfret.
The room was clean and well kept.
The breakfast was served well on time.
Laundry service available.
The owner is a very nice person and you will enjoy speaking to this kind man.
Tours to the islands are arranged by the hotel.
All in all a good and happy stay
