Good

I visited this hotel 7 months back . I liked this hotel very much . Room maintenance is well and good. Room rent also at cheap rates. Responsive staff . It's have all facilities like ac rooms and non AC rooms

Kitchen staff uncooperative

Rooms are okey type. Washrooms needs maintenance. Food not very good. Kitchen staff very non cooperative. You ask them anything and they are delighted to say NO. breakfast is basic. No fruits no fresh juice no live dosa. You ask for fruit salad, which is in their menu, offered to pay extra but they delightfully say NO

Nice

Recommended by locals, we were here for high tea. The snacks were delicious, the seating comfortable, the ambience spacious and the service quick. Located in the heart of the city as well. A good option for business meetings.

Disappointing

I was informed that this is the best hotel in the town. At least from the exterior it looked like that when I checked in but the service levels are so poor that the management should introspective it.
The check in was fast. The room I was given was decent in size. The room Wifi didn’t work at all. The bed was well done and the sofa has lot of stains & thus I had to cal for sofa cover. I am surprised that they leave a furniture in that order in a guest room without any thought of hygiene. It took them almost 45 mins to finish this errand.
The AC was old and didn’t work properly. So I had to use the fan too.
The shower panels are never cleaned so water spray was not even coming out. I had to open the panel myself and clean it so that I can take a decent bath
In the morning I wanted drinking water. It took them almost 1 hour to get it delivered
The breakfast was the only good thing but by that time I just wanted to get out of the place and head to my next destination
