Great Experience

It was great staying at Gateway, Palolem. The staff were extremely helpful and cooperative. The location of the hotel is lovely, rooms were great. The view from the rooms were lovely. Atmosphere is great , lovely ambience which was designed on Goan theme as explained with warmth by the lovely staff member Mr Pankaj.
However the services at the restaurant during buffet can be improved. Few staffs were more busy attending some guests and overlooking requests from other guests. If i compare this one thing with the staffs of Lalit resort, the restaurant staff over there were more warm and they were reaching every table asking every guest if they need anything. This one thing can be improved otherwise it was a great experience for me. Thank you for the lovely service and hopefully I will visit this place soon.

Beautiful property and well trained staff

I went to this place for my kids birthday and I was very happy with the decision. The staff was courteous and hosted us really well.
Special call out to Reshma for engaging my kid and also to Pankaj for great care.
