Room very noisy and dirty, big ants everywhere

Room dirty, big ants everywhere, even in bed. Had booked through an agency a whole tour, here with deluxe room with breakfast. Got only standard, because anyway you cannot find this type of room neither on their website nor at any booking-machine. Very noisy, because first floor opposite entrance and lobby desk. Horrible in any case. Unfriendly and not helpful in any case - these staff people were not polite! No idea what they charged the agency - because they did not answer my questions!

Worst hotel with bad hygiene

I stayed here for just 5 hrs before I had to catch my train. Its a terrible hotel with very bad hygiene standards everywhere. The toilet was dirty. The bedsheet had stains all over, may be its oyo type hotel used by couples only. I ordered tea and it came in a dirty tea pot. I didn’t dare to have food here. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

This time disappointed

This time guest suffered problem of uncleaned room,dirty bathrooms and no hot water in tent.Also had to call to many time for towel and soap disappointed by this behaviour of staff .
Property should keep focus on this issue to maintain the reputation.

Worst hotel ever seen.

Room light continue on. If will call no one pick up the call.
-Bed linen not changed i think for 2 months
-noise - we have reached 2am last night. And 6 am one student group checked in . Could not sleep becouse. One of the kid is unwell. It is so disrurbing that, you want to check out. But can not do that. Because it's only 7am....
-no towel - no towels
-No soap- empty bathroom
-No water - drinking and not in vainty counter
-Curtain visibility- 30% dark. Privacy in ZERO

Bad Rooms in Hotel and Worst Prime Desert Resort

When we book we were shown with best photos of rooms in Hotel Kotwal When we reach their bad rooms were given and for the next day we asked for a refund and checkout so, they allocated the new rooms which were a little bit clean.
If you are going for sand dues they suggest booking PRIME Desert Resort which they own and ask you to pay at the hotel instead of that prime desert resort because it is a 3rd class resort and you will surely reject it.
Cheap worst resort with bad food, ambiance and etc.
Please look for another hotel and desert resort.
I suggest don't go for it.
It is a genuine review rest review giving good rating was paid and their friends review.
