Safe and spacious place.

Had gone for my daughter's admission to a Hostel stayed over one night with my two girls. The food was good, delicious, and served with happy face... nice place... bathrooms could be cleaner. Overall good experience. For me safety for my teenage girls was very important so Safe for Women.
just by chance we booked surfing through net to be closer to railway station and we picked this.
The search was good.

Worst hygiëne hotel!

The hygiëne is the worst! The bathroom in their balcony room smelled like dead mice. Plus either the towel or bed sheets had some issue because I got a bad skin infection after staying here and ended up in the emergency care. Also after asking for room service, they rarely clean anything. And don't get me started about the food..it is old. If you value yourself, DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF STAYING IN THIS POOR HYGIENE HOTEL!!!!!

Shall not recommend for tourists

I was travelling with my parents and did not like the location and ambience of the hotel at all. Might recommend for people dropping in for business purposes. For triple sharing, they gave us an extremely congested room and a mattress rather than an extra bed. Internet, housekeeping, bathroom, room services, restaurant food, everything was highly disappointing.

Horrible Never Visit

A horrible hotel. Even don't think of going for this property. Bad hotel owner. Forcibly asked for extra money and issue settled after public interference. They Charing extra money for water bottles too. Bad practice of customer service. Old property. Isolate location communication is issue.

Classy hotel with amazing service!!

This is a place to fall in love with.. majorly because of staff.. from reception to restaurant everyone will go out of their way to help you.
We didn't had booking as Gwalior was an unexpected stop, so we called them from way and asked for room with no prior notice. Still, not only we got a room but also a amazing deal!
They didn't even try to take advantage of our situation and charge more in fact they were genuinely helpful and upgraded our room later too as television in existing room wasn't working.
The food is good, breakfast buffet can add some more options but apart from that location is great as in walking distance from city centre and rooms are clean and spacious!
Thanks a lot to the management!
