Extremely disappointed with Radisson Blu Gorakhpur. For a hotel that claims to be a luxury 5-star property, it is shameful that they do not even have a basic dormitory or washroom facility for drivers who drive hours to get guests safely to this location.Building a huge property and charging high rates is useless if you cannot show basic humanity and respect towards drivers. The management is only interested in making money but lacks hospitality values. Highly unprofessional and insensitive. 1 star is also too much for this careless management!

Excellent Family Stay with Great Hospitality and Food
We had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel, and the Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. Dinner could have been alittle better. Overall, it was a great family experience, and we would be happy to visit again. Highly recommended!

I will probably stay here again next time – at least until Taj comes to Gorakhpur. However, it remains to be seen whether Taj maintains the same standard there as at other locations. If not, this hotel will probably continue to be my best choice.
