Excellent
Had a wonderful stay at Borgos, Kaziranga. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay, especially manjeet daimari. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and everything was fresh and delicious. The peaceful ambience made it a perfect place to relax after exploring Kaziranga. Highly recommended!

Rustic, serene and comfortable
Located very close to the central gate of the park, this resort gives u a full experience of jungle with luxury. Amazing and authentic Assamese cuisine at two restaurants. The landscaping and plants inside the hotel are excellent and u may get confused while going to ur room from restaurant!
I chose delux room which was very large and comfortable. Service was good and prompt. Cleanliness was maintained. And its value for ur money.

High Quality Lodge
We enjoyed every minute of our stay at Borgos. Everything was just as we needed from a comfortable room with en suite facilities, to excellent food and service throughout the day. Anyone wanting to find a base for exploration of the nearby Kaziranga National Park would do well to stay at Borgos.

LOVELY EXPERIENCE
We stayed here two nights during our trip to Kaziranga. Beautiful place, located close to both areas of the sanctuary. Room was large and clean. Washroom was large and clean too. Big restaurant, with good food and helpful staff. The view from the balcony was good. There was a water body that we could see from the balcony, but it was full of algae. Quiet nights sleep. Ample parking.

Staff behaviour #Milibon very bad.
Feedback Regarding Staff Behavior – Reservation Department #Milibon.
I would like to share my feedback regarding a staff member named Milibon from the reservation department at Borgos Resort, Kaziranga.
During my interaction, I found the behavior to be very rude and unprofessional. The communication lacked basic courtesy, and the attitude was not helpful or respectful. Such behavior does not reflect the level of hospitality expected from a reputed resort.
I request the management to kindly look into this matter and take appropriate action to ensure better guest experience in the future.
