Nice hotel in the proximity of Shree Dwarkadhish Temple.

Nice location just at the walking distance from temple.
Nice hospitality and friendly staff.
The hotel is recommended who wants to stay in the proximity of the temple and blessings of lord Shree Krishna.
They also have a pickup and drop service upto temple premises from the hotel for the i house guests.

Not clean, found cockroaches and mold. Staff do not know how to behave

Looks good on the outside, but staff at the front desk are extremely rude and have no concept of service. Found multiple cockroaches in the room.
We were told the room rate included breakfast and tax, but when checking out they charged extra for breakfast (which we let go thinking okay honest mistake.) and then they asked us If we wanted a GST bill, if we did it would cost extra. On asking why we were told different stories the person at the front desk got up to fight.
Truly ruined the experience. Also the rooms are old and definitely not clean.

Poor hospitality

Found room discomforting. Had to shift for ac malfunction at check-in. TV doesn't work also food not tasty.
The facility isn't having a pool. Timing checked isn't compatible to traveling guest. Wouldn't recommend stay beyond a night. Rooms although termed delux hasn't minimum 2 star facility.

Awesome stay

My stay at The Dwarika Hotel was truly memorable. From the comfortable rooms to the outstanding service, everything was top-notch. The staff made me feel at home, and the attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the hotel. I left with wonderful memories and would definitely return on my next trip to Dwarka.

Located in Central area on highway so fine, room clean, ambience okay, toilet clean, service not so prompt, dinner buffet small spread but tasty, breakfast tasty but limited items, value for money, the Lord krishna foto at reception is huge and awesome.
