Close to Railway station

Close to Railway station with all amenities. Breakfast served at iStay hotel. Tend to get noise due to closeness to railway station.

The person who checked us in was polite but lacked any personality. We did not get even a smile. The WiFi in this place is a joke. Every few minutes I had to log in again. I had to ask for passwords again and again. The room never got swept or cleaned.
The area around the hotel is awful. It stinks of sewage and no pavement to walk on. Constant fear of being run over. We spent 2 days inside our room mostly.

Checking in as a foreigner was a bit tedious. A lot of paperwork and photo taking. The hotel front desk service was ok. The service boy name Selvam was very helpful. He makes our stay better. Selvam should be the service ambassador.

Comfortable stay

The location is very convenient, just opposite the Coimbatore junction railway station. A slight disadvantage is that there is no kitchen, so, in the morning, one has to take coupon from the reception and go to the opposite hotel Istay for having breakfast.
