Excellent Value for Money Hotel in Alwarpet, Chennai

The location of the hotel is perfect. It's walking distance from many excellent restaurants. It's also walking distance from Kaveri Hospital where we had an appointment. The staff is efficient, polite and helpful. The room is fairly big. We had a separate living room as well. The rooms are extremely clean and well kept. They are well appointed and comfortable. The bathroom has all the necessary fittings. It's priced very well for that area and for the facilities. It's good value for money

Average Hotel

It was an average business-class hotel. The bathroom and the room were clean. However, the noise from the next room door was disruptive while sleeping. The bed linen and bathroom towels could have been replaced because they looked old and shabby. The hotel does not have an in-house restaurant. They do provide room service for lunch and dinner from the attached bar. The bar is spacious and visually appealing. If you need breakfast, they call it from outside for 300Rs, which includes only a mini tiffin. They are very strict about check-out times. Although I arrived late, around 18.00 hours, I requested a one-hour extension. They refused, and I had to check out before 11 a.m. Please plan your stay accordingly if you decide to stay. It's an average hotel with clean rooms.

I had a wonderful stay at Kaira park. The hotel manager( Innayat) and his team are warm and welcoming. Hotel is extremely clean and safe. Manager even upgraded us to a premium room. All requests were timely fulfilled. Everyone made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Thanks Innayat and team!
