Memorable living

Quite a nice place to spend. The location was apt for shopping. The rooms were clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful. They clean the room almost everyday. A great place to stay and spend holidays.

Unfit for Business Travel

Booked this property through RedBus. They had 6am check in, and charged extra for that. I had booked with the 6am option. The morning I tried to check in by 8.00am... and the guy at the reception says we rejected this booking yesterday itself. We cannot provide early check in. Then once I paid the whole day amount again in cash, they are happy to give check in at 8.00 itself. (But again I had to checkout the next morning by 8 itself).
Front desk will not have any body to respond. Mostly only the security guy will be available. Who will not have any proper info.
Room and bathroom was basic but clean and neat.
Good location. But DO NOT CHOOSE THIS IF YOU ARE ON BUSINESS.

Good location, attentive staff

I stayed in this apartment with 3 friends. We booked 2 rooms. It's extremely close to the shopping area but may be a little bit difficult to find as our cab driver from the airport had to call for direction twice. The staff is very helpful, especially the manager, Mr Gopi. As we are Muslims, we had some concerns on getting halal food, but Mr. Gopi helped us in ordering the food and even gave some recommendations. On the last night we were there, my friend wanted to get some local sweets to bring home. Mr. Gopi helped her find a nearby shop and arranged for delivery as well. The power went out during our first night there but he quickly got it fixed. The rooms were okay for us. the TV has a lot of channels, the AC was good, the bathroom is also fine. However, if you are travelling with a lot of family members or if you want a bigger space then this may not be the place for you. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay for us. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Stay at jasmine park--vasan street

we stayed at this serviced apartment with our family -
It is a great value for money.
it has all the requirements for both business and leisure
24 hours wi -fi / Any type of restaurants in waling distance
with in the walking distance to the shopping hub t.nagar of chennai city.
courteous staff-- who were at our door any time we needed them
what we were very impressed was the generator switch over was so smooth
that we never felt the power cut.
we would like to go back when ever we need

Excellent service apartment

I stayed here during the terrible floods of Chennai when my entire house was flooded and there was no power anywhere in the city. The most impressive thing about the service apartment is how much they were concerned about our comfort.. The owner was at the serviced apartment for the entire duration of the day conceding to all our request. They have amazing staff who are extremely energetic. They braved the storm everyday to get us food from the nearby hotels. The location of the apartment is fantastic. Throughout the duration of the floods there was absolutely no water logging anywhere near the apartment. Even though there was no power anywhere in Chennai, the owner Mr. Sairaj, a wonderful person, kept the generator running the entire day without charging us extra for it. Overall an amazing experience. Will definitely keep going back to Jasmine Park especially because of the cheap rates and amazing service.
