Very terrible

I recently booked this banquet hall and experienced terrible service. The staff is purely money-minded with zero focus on hospitality or guest satisfaction. Specifically, they failed to properly serve 84 plates beyond our expected count. Instead of fresh food, they served the remaining portions from the initial batch. Despite being charged ₹850 per plate, there was no mutton available for 40 guests. To make matters worse, they refused to release extra plates until we paid them immediately on the spot. A staff member named Jaya was especially rude and delayed the service, making our guests feel very uncomfortable. This was one of our worst experiences. Please be extremely cautious before booking this venue. No discount done and without any curtosy not cooked new they charged for 80 plates for this poor service.

Good service . Room clean and comfortable staying and restroom small but clean. Room cleaning boys helping and friendly

Bhimass hotel so nice. My family happy feeling for staying. room clean and comfortable staff . Car good. hall , bar and restaurant available. All staff friendly and helpful.24 hrs service available and nights time cleaning service available
