Pleasant and Comfortable Stay at Hotel Red Diamond
I stayed at the Hotel Red Diamond, during my recent visit to Bilaspur. The hotel is located on Old Powerhouse Road and is bit far from the main city. However, that makes it suitable if you are looking for a peaceful and calm place.
The hotel has big lawns and surroundings area and also has a large parking area. My check-in and checkout were smooth and fast. The front office staff were professional. And the bellboy was very courteous and helpful in handling my luggage.
The hotel is clean and has well-maintained facilities. The rooms are big and spacious and have all the basic amenities which are required to make your stay comfortable. The Bathroom also had the basic toiletries.
It would be great if the hotel management could improve the bathroom lighting by providing light above the mirror for better visibility. Also, there should be a glass partition or a shower curtain at bath doorway which would avoid the splashing of the water outside and make it look clean.
The restaurant has a nice funky ambience which makes it lively. The breakfast spread is average but for non-vegetarian options like bacon and sausages are not there. It’s purely a vegetarian breakfast spread. I ordered bread toast, and after waiting for 20 minutes I was told that the toaster was not working. It would have been better to communicate this upfront rather than keeping guests waiting. Not the kind of experience one expects to start the day with.
Overall, my stay at Hotel Red Diamond was pleasant and comfortable during the barring the breakfast incident. The hotel can be a good option for people who are travelling to Bilaspur.

Basic business hotel
Mostly the stay was good and staff were courteous. Would like to suggest the following improvements :-
1) AC cooling should not be switched off around midnight.
2) in the bathroom following more is needed -
A) 1 light over mirror for proper visibility
B) glass door or shower curtain at bath doorway.
C) shelf to keep guest soap & toiletries in the shower cubicle during shower.

Best hotel in bilaspur
Best hotel stay i have experience in bilaspur its bit far from station but the hospitality and the ambition is great must visit it might feel costly but its worth it to stay and relax. The staff is also supporting and helping nature thank for the service

Red diamond is the best hotel in bilaspur and there is good facility is available.there is good cleaning housekeeping I am so happy and apart from that I know very well that parking facility is good and as far as I think that all area is good like restaurant,room etc and hotel is good maintain and all staff is good working here that,s all

Excellent Stay and service
Excellent Stay, and service too, Stayed at Room no 406. Foods are excellent, Behavior of Front desk is superb. Must Stay. We attend a family function C/O Mr. Chandan Gangly, enjoyed Mr. Amitkumar's program at Banquet Hall. Bengali Film actress Rituparna Ghosh and Debashree Roy was at that program too. Last day we enjoyed Mr Bikram Ghosh concert.
