Bad Property Managed by Unprofessional Staff with no hospitality etiquette

This is a pathetic property managed by completely unprofessional staff.
Charging as good as a 4 Star but services are worse than a railway station hotel.
I booked their King room with highest charges and as I enter red the room it was stinking, the carpet was wet and the AC was leaking.
When the changed the room wash room was not at all clean, there was no remote for the TV.
Reception staff were rude and unprofessional and remote was not given despite calling.
The breakfast timing were from 8:00 am onwards but not served till 8:25.
So not for the professionals.
Overall they don’t know the Hospitality.

Services is the best.
It was a nice experience.the hosting was very gret.on behalf of the triple crown we thank u for choosing to the triple crown.we enjoy the hotel on behalf of the friend .

Joy full trip

Excellent place and ambiance and we enjoyed our stay and the overall experience and hospitality by staff Captain Mr. Bhanu, and Aswani,Shushil, Mithun,kishor, Sachin, front office executive Mr. Satyajit very good condition.
Special mention for food as it was very delicious and best taste for North Indian lover as Jay chef and his team are from north India region. Keep it up..
