Exceptional stay, lush nature, and unmatched integrity by the team!
We recently spent three wonderful days at Mayfair Lagoon with family, and the entire experience was simply fantastic. The property feels like a serene, lush paradise right in the city—surrounded by water bodies, beautiful greenery, and a calm ambiance that lets you truly unwind. The food across the restaurants was outstanding, the rooms were immaculate, and there was plenty for the entire family to enjoy.
What truly sets Mayfair Lagoon apart, however, is the remarkable integrity and dedication of its team. After our checkout, I realized I had misplaced my wallet at the property. Mr. Om Kumar from the Lost & Found/Front Desk team handled the situation with unbelievable honesty and professionalism. He went out of his way to securely parcel my wallet back to me and ensured the cash was safely deposited directly into my bank account.
Finding such genuine hospitality and trustworthy staff is rare. A heartfelt thank you to Om Kumar and the entire team for turning a stressful moment into an unforgettable example of five-star service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bhubaneswar!
