Good Business Stay Hotel

Well, just back from 6 days of stay at KIIT Residency. It is a pure business stay type of hotel. Quite a new property and very clean. The passages and rooms are very good. Stay and sleep quality was highly comfortable.
The food is decent. You can get plenty of options for eating just outside the hotel if you want to try different food stuff.
Overall a good stay experience.

Some great thingd, some improvements

First of all the staff were very professional very attentive and really trying to make things better, the food in the dining area was very tasty and well flavored especially the barbecued fish at the fish had too many bones
Housekeeping at the hotel should focus on making sure all door handles are clean many of them felt as if they’ve been used multiple times and no recent cleaning.
The coffee was wonderful with bread puri in the morning was excellent company by a like curry.
The Wi-Fi never worked with my laptop or my iPhone I think they need to redo the Wi-Fi for the whole building including having Wi-Fi in the restaurant
They should put some type of insect trap device including where those ultraviolet boxes in the dining area since there were a number of flies while I was eating both dinner and breakfast.
The bed was extremely comfortable, the TV had many channels, ceiling fan and air-conditioning work very well, the showers are old style Indian and I was never sure if the hot water was working

DISSAPOINTED

Situated off the main road,the approach to the hotel was a not a smooth one.The hotel encourages people to park the vehicle outside the hotel premises as there is inadequate parking space within.The rooms are spartan and I am sorry to say that basic hot water facility was unavailable.Towel changes had to be requested for.
Service during breakfast was slow too.It seems ok for students but for family this is not really an ideal hotel for comfortable stay

KIIT Residency provides a comfortable stay along with delicious multi cuisine, Prepared and serve through expert service personnel. its a shine real hospitality. Which creates a excellent ambiance. . . . .

Suitable For Visitors to Kalinga Institute of Industrial Training (KIIT)

KIIT is an open university, and guests visiting KIIT would find this place ideally located.
Rooms are very nice and clean, and the staff is extremely polite and helpful.
The meals are buffets, and the spread is very basic, but satisfying.
Food Service staff is a bit dull, and needs to be told everything twice for them to understand.
Overall, a very comfortable stay.
