Home away from home

I stayed with my family for four mouths i was recommended by my doctor from DR Congo and i enjoyed the stay
i had very good time nice vacation time
Mr. Ravi owner is very good man and his team are gave a very good service
I will recommend this hotel to my fellow friends from my country
the complete stay felt like my own home

Very pleasant experience

I had booked and stayed in white feather hotel for two days during a visit for BIEC exhibition very good place and good staff,
place has been renovated and has got good amenities for fair prices
Friendly staff and best rooms
bad thing is its family run business so professionality is 40% but caring like own family member is 60% - Ravi sir and his wife are owners

IT IS NOT HOTEL. NO AMENITIES. RUDE STAFF.

It is not hotel at all. It is just some room rental owned by uneducated untrained man. There are no double beds at all. Too cramped and smelly. Not for decent people. Rooms have no amenities. Food is so bad. Manager and all staff do not even talk properly.

The worst experience ever had. Most rude owner who doesn’t know how to speak to the customer. He is way too unprofessional and rude. Never going to recommend this to anyone. Services are very bad and nobody listens to any of the complaints. Poor hygiene

My stay in Feather’s

Was really great to stay in this hotel. Hospitality was amazing. We wanna thanks to all the staff team. Specially to Arila in the Skyloft, very professional and the and so kind. Wanna thanks also to Iyyappan in the Waterside Restaurant. All the time so kind. He help us all the time choosing the correct food special for my doughter. We appreciate his support. To Sushmitta for the great room service.
All the staff was great we felt like in home all the time. Thank you so much.
