Excellent experience

Great experience at Sada Pind

It was a great experience. The stay was nice and pleasant. Room was spacious and clean. The food was tasty. They had lot of options in the buffet for everyone and the service was good.
We visited during summers so it was really hot and the place was almost empty with no crowd. But still all activities were functional and they had pipes along the path spraying water which felt amazing in the scorching heat and it made the heat a bit tolerable.

It's good

Good ambience feel good. Staff behavior is very nice. Can modify some rides. Maintenance of ride is necessary. I notice some staff places without fan. Pls provide fan. Feed. Camel proper food I can see they are malnutrition. Pls take care of simple ground realities so that you guys can go very far. Thanks

I recently stayed for one night at Sadda Pind. Overall, the experience was mixed. I had informed the team in advance and expected a better stay experience.
The dinner buffet definitely has room for improvement. The dal makhni tasted sour, which was disappointing. It felt like the dish may not have been properly checked before being served.
The bed was also not very comfortable, which affected the quality of sleep. I would suggest that the housekeeping team personally check the bedding and mattress comfort to better understand the guest experience.
That said, the staff behaviour was excellent and truly stood out. I would especially like to appreciate the restaurant team members Vineet, Manpreet, and the manager on duty during breakfast for their warm and professional service.
I would also request the management to guide the security staff posted near the juice station to be a little more polite while interacting with guests.
