Nice hotel

Good hotel in budgeted price

Improvements required

Location is easily approachable. On first look you feel hotel is good. But there are a lot of improvement are required:
1. Bed Sheed and pillow covers to be changed before anyone check in, because when we entered it was not.
2. Floor was dirty and show footsteps were visible so it should be properly cleaned before checkin.
3. Curtain of room was out from its hooks and was handling in air, please fix it.
4. Toilet was having bad oder, there should be a refreshing smell.
5. Door lock was not working properly, after many rotation of key door was locked. Please fix this silly issue.
6. Room service boy was not dressed in a professional manner, if the boy is in a good uniform, it impacts the customers deeply. Please do
7. No glasses available in room to drink water. Only water bottle was given to drink water. Come on dear, It is a basic necessities for a visitor.
8. Atmosphere was just ok. Should change something to upgrade it to premium.
I think if you improve these, your hotel will shine like a 4 ⭐

Beautiful Stay

Outstanding hotel with all facilities. Ambiance was calm and wonderful. Staff were highly courteous and helpful. Great hospitality was provided by the hotel. Cleanliness is well maintained everywhere in the hotel. Worth the price and beautiful stay.

Nice budget place to stay

I went to amritsar for 2 days on business trip.I was traveling alone so searched some budget options and i came accross this hotel pegaam which i booked for just 1 night.My main purpose of the room was to freshen up and some good sleep at night time so i was not expecting much from this hotel but it turned out to be very nice place.Property was clean and well maintained.Staff was well trained and very friendly.Location of the hotel was also very convenient.Bathroom was clean.Bed was comfortable.I also had morning breakfast which was good as well.Overall this hotel is good value of money.
