Worst hotel to spend money on

Paid 3200 for a room per night.
It was not at all worth it.
Pathetic rooms.
Very Small as compared to shown in pictures
No walking space
Squeezing bed
Broken kettle
Broken curtains
Wall had pencil marks, no maintenance
Only 1 bed side switchboard to use, which didn’t work. Your charger pops out automatically.
Flush not working
No hot water, the assistant asked to wait for 10-15 mins each time before using hot water as their boiler takes time.
Lift noise travels to the room.
Safe to keep valuables In room not working.
If you tell the hotel employee that the number provided is not reachable. They will dial the number from their phone and put it on your face that it’s working. What’s wrong with it?
Really bad property for the price paid.
MMT customer service is equally useless, they ask you to make a snag list and share it with the hotel to improve their services.
How funny!
You can stay here if you pay 700-800 rs per night.
Then it makes sense.

Filthy smelly hotel

Filthy hotel. Foul smell in room and corridor. Very rude and unprofessional staff. Extra bed lying around stair case and floors like dump yard. Completely avoid this hotel. Was staying in executive room
Which is their best category. It smelled like hell when complained no action by 2 receptionists. They were just not bothered.

A very good place to be

This hotel is in the pedestrian area cole to the Golden Temple. You are in the heart of the city. The room l got back in december 2023 had a window and natural light. The shower is separed from the toilet by a glass therefore the water does not go everywhere. It is important for me to be in a room where you feel confortable after exploring a city l was so pleased l extended my stay.

Great experience

Visited in Jan 2024 with family . The rooms were spacious and clean with value for money. The location was great overlooking the golden temple with walkable distance. Plenty of shops nearby. The only issue was we got rooms on the 5th floor which was the top floor and during night it was very noisy I think they had machine / generater which was noisy till early morning . Rest experience was great.
