Very terrible experience!!! Don't go with family, they are fraudsters and scamsters

We have reached out to the woman police, they saved and helped us, to get out of there!!
Me and My husband and my 7 years old little daughter, travelled to ahmedabad and booked this hotel from booking .com and we stayed for a night.
Before visiting this hotel, we made a special request via the booking.com portal , that our train will arrive early in the morning by 6 and we would require early check in, if available, as we were with our daughter.
The hotel receptionist named, BHAVESH PATIDAR, allotted us a room by around 6:30 to 6:45, without asking or saying us anything. Tooked our ID's , rs 1500 advance and we were settled into the room by 7 AM.
By 11:30 or 12 pm , we left for market and came back by 9:25pm and since our room was on 1st floor we were stepping up by then the receptionist bhavesh patidar stopped us and asked that, you will need to pay rs 500 more during our check out!!
We were astonished and in surprise asked him, why??
He said, ' apko kal 2 din hojayenge to extra 500 dene honge' Maine kaha Bhai aaj subha check in kiya hai kal 11 baje check out hoga to 2 din kaise hogaye??
Nahi apko early check in diya Tha na isliye, tab Maine kaha ki ye baat yo apko subha room allot karne se pehele hi batadena chaheye Tha, him took jate, ya kisi air hotel me chale jate, ye to aapki galti hai, we won't pay aur fir him raat ko dubara Apne room me chalegaye.
As usual subha 10:47 am par , we have checked out aur fir reception par , manager nikal kar Aaya, aur usne bohot hi abhadrata se mere husband se baat ki, unhe chutiya aur galiyan di, bhikhari tak keh diya!! Humne usne request ki Bhaiya tameez se , dheere se baat kijiye 7 saal ki bacchi hai, unhone mere sath bhi abusive language Ka use kiya aur fir hike police ki dhamkiya do, in fact bulane ke liye call bhi kiya, to humne bhi idhar se woman helpline par call ki aur police bulwakar mamla sulajwaya.
Police ne bhi humare favour kiya aur hotel wale ki galti sahi thehrayi.
Thanks to ahmedabad police, jinki wajah se main mere parivaar ke sath wahan se safe nikal paayi.
I request to all those, Jo bhi is hotel me book plan karrhe hai, please apni family ke sath wahan na jaye, its not safe, is hotel Ka manager bohot hi arrogant hai, aur guests ke sath, he doesn't behave good aurton ko aadmiyon ko gaali dete hai!
