Magnificent hotel with superb staff
We stayed at this hotel as part of our Golden Triangle tour to Agra & the beautiful Taj Mahal.
We were treated like royalty at this hotel with every member of staff going above & beyond their duties.
Our room was immaculate and had every conceivable luxury that was needed. This hotek deserves more than its 5 star rating.
We would have no hesitation recommending this hotel to our family & friends.
We hope to visit again in the future

Great Stay!!!
Stayed at Grand Mercure Agra and had breakfast at Lattice. Great food. Good ambience. Outstanding service. Mr. Santosh, Saurabh & Naveen provided great service during breakfast & dinner. Kudos to the entire hotel !!!!

Great experience!
We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Grand Mercure Agra. The hospitality of your team was truly commendable, and everything—from the room to the overall service—was well taken care of.
We especially appreciated the thoughtful gesture of providing snacks for my son for our journey back home—it was truly kind and much appreciated. The dining staff was extremely humble and attentive, and the chefs did a wonderful job. The food was absolutely delicious—honestly even better than many big brands.
We would also be happy to share our feedback on a public platform—could you please guide us on where we can leave a review?

It was an absolute pleasure staying at Grand Mercure Agra, formerly known as Crystal Sarovar Premiere Agra. We chose this property to celebrate our 7th anniversary, and the experience exceeded our expectations from the very beginning.
The entire hotel staff demonstrated exceptional hospitality. From the check-in team to room service, as well as the restaurant managers and staff, everyone delivered top-notch service and ensured our comfort throughout the stay.
The food was outstanding, and having stayed at several five-star hotels in Agra, I can confidently say that Grand Mercure stands out as the best so far.
A special thanks to Sohail at the front desk and Rajnish at the restaurant for going the extra mile to make our stay truly memorable and our celebration even more special.

Calm amidst the chaos
Lovely quiet hotel amidst the chaos. Added surprise was the beautiful bedroom views of the Taj. Service was impeccable, making us feel like royalty! Satish the chef was lovely and came and chatted over breakfast. Close trip to the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. Relaxing roof top bar and pool.
