Hidden gem

I have just returned after 14 nights in Simrose resort. This hotel has everything you want and more. The outlook is beautiful, it is well maintained and has a brilliantly unique vibe. The staff are amazing, they learn your name and take the time to talk to you. The food is wonderful, reasonably priced, varied and always cooked fresh. Paulina is the resident dog who comes wagging her tail without fail. I will only moan about one thing and that is that the rooms are quite noisy and a few nights I was kept awake by children crying and people loudly arguing. Thank you Sam for your great care over the two weeks.

A Perfect Couples’ Getaway by the Beach

We had an absolutely wonderful stay that felt like the perfect escape. Our room had everything we needed, and the private veranda opening straight onto the beach gave us a sense of tranquility and luxury. Waking up to the sound of the waves and stepping right out onto the sand was unforgettable.
The on-site restaurant was outstanding. The service was brilliant — the team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. The food was exceptional, with so much variety to choose from each night. We especially loved the barbecue setup, where fresh fish was laid out for us to select. One evening we enjoyed lobster, and another night we treated ourselves to surf and turf with jumbo prawns and soft noodles. Every meal felt like a celebration.
A big shout‑out to the restaurant team — they were truly exceptional and made our dining experiences feel personal and memorable. Their warmth and attentiveness added so much to our stay.

Simrose is polished, upscale cousin. Situated at the quiet southern end of Agonda Beach, it has built a reputation for being one of the most well-maintained and stylish properties in the area. It’s perfect if you want the "hut life" experience without sacrificing modern comforts.

Dinner for two

Have just enjoyed a superb dinner at Simrose where we give 5 out of 5 possible. So good food & best service in relaxed environment. We will return and we highly recommend this restaurant.
