In Agartala City

I booked this hotel through an internet website. The hotel is located near to Ujjayanta Palace. The staff sitting on the reception was very helpful. He helped me to get quick check-in. He also suggested me nearby tourist places. The room was spacious and the air-conditioner was working fine. I had a good sleep here.

Narrow alley, hotel in 6thfloor---but rooms are OK

So difficult to locate the place- in a narrow alley--( cars cannot reach the doorway)--have to walk up--and the hotel is above the 4th floor only! But once inside, the rooms are reasonably ok. somewhat dark pathways--but lifts are good.

Improvements required from all angles

Stayed at this place on an official visit in July last. Location is the only positive aspect of this hotel as it is situated in the heart of the city -bang in the centre of the market place. Barring this, little to praise. The hotel is situated in the 5th and 6th floors but only lift worked. Required to wait around 10 minutes to have an access to the only lift. My room, which was booked a week before, wasn't ready when I reached at 3pm although Check-in was at noon. Rooms are quite ok but require proper house keeping. Service lacks promptness. Hotel boys lack proper training and enters room without knocking. Breakfast served in a half constructed restaurant on the terrace is simply abominable. I hate putting up negative reviews but this hotel deserves nothing better. The management should strictly review the overall functioning of the hotel. At the present state, this place is best avoided.

Never Visit

The rooms of this hotel is full of rats, night time rats move around the room and hotel authorities are helpless about it.
Repeated complaint to the hotel management is of no use, they deny it.
Furthermore in the night time​ there is no service available.

Good Palce

My first trip to Agartala. Good to see a hotel of this standard. The hotel offers complimentary breakfast. I was under the impression that it will be hard to find a decent hotel in Agartala. But wonderful experience staying at this place. The courtesy extended by the staff was really excellent.
