Great location. Well fitted and decorated. Very clean and warm. Friendly host!

We have stayed in this property for one night. Loved everything about it. Great location. Studio for 4 people was very clean and warm. Everything you need is there and good standards! The beds were comfortable! Lovely host Anna was very understanding to our situation (last minute change) - thank you Anna for your hospitality! Definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Cosy wee place!

Myself and my fiancée stay here last year in March, we were very welcome from a friendly couple proprietor, we spend 3 night, they have provided coffee/tea with milk when we arrive, We had everything what we need like tv and WiFi, kitchen with fridge, bonus shop is nearby to get food/drink. We be happy to comeback again,
P.S recommend you have bring plenty water from shop for drink or with coffee/cooking pasta, water from water tap is smell funny this is part of around Iceland nature of water same as other hotel we have stayed, not the proprietor fault,

off the beaten path but shut down power at midnight

We had a mixed experience. the bridge on route 1 was closed which required a one hour detour and I was disappointed the owner did not try to warn us by email.
the house is off the beaten path and 10 minutes from Selfoss in the agricultural area.
We came back after long day of driving and they shut down without any warning the power at midnight.. while i was in the shower loaded with soap!! The water collector of the open shower was not working right.. so the bathroom gets flooded and very slippery. Big room with small kitchen but the double bed is against the wall so the partner has to step over you to get out of bed.

Great find in perfect location.

Wonderful 2 place country Guesthouse, with very nice hosts. Very ! Clean, little kitchenette, your own bath and shower. If love being in the country, this is perfect. Horses, the family dog to great you and great mountain view.

Very comfortable guesthouse in the countryside

Friendly owner, very comfortable spacious room with good facilities. Quite rural area, but within ten minutes to the city (by car). Great shower and kitchenette. what else do you wish for? A great bed, also present.
