Two things to note:
There is no real reception, everything is done with emailed access codes, and a phone number taped to the door to call in case you didn't get the email. This makes it feel like nobody is in charge here. On the first night I was there a guy was sleeping on the couch in the common area, I have no idea if he was a guest or not, and no staff to look out for this kind of thing either.
Second: the facilities and maintenance seem rather improvised and low effort. For example old light fixture with no light attached to it anymore but still in the ceiling. A bathroom consisting of 1 locking door with two shower heads in one 'cubicle' and a toilet all behind it. So only one person at a time can use it. It makes no sense at all.
Bunk beds super wobbly, if my bunkmate moved at all my bed was shaking too.

Nice hostel. Not too loud at night, clean, lots of common areas. The door to our room was very heavy and we had a bit of trouble with the lock; not ideal for someone small/not super strong. Only the downstairs kitchen has cooking facilities, so we would have had to carry everything down to cook - plus there isn't much space with other people trying to use it! Overall it was a nice stay and I would go back.

It’s adequate, comes with everything you need to stay for a night. Shower, free parking, affordable and close to city center.

Just OK hostel

This former hospital turned hostel has no attendant on duty. You are emailed a code to enter your room and the building. If you are arriving late at night, no one is there to answer your questions, explain to you how things work.
The rooms are over crowded, there were 6 beds in my small room, no sofas or desks in the room.
There is no lobby or a couch to sit on. You cannot hang out in the room for it is too small and crowded, and there is no lobby to sit around. There is a dining room however with cafeteria style tables and stools. I don’t understand why they couldn’t throw a few old sofas around this huge building to allow guests to sit somewhere!
There is no place to store your luggage after check out. Often there is a time gap between the time you check out of your room and your next flight or wherever. In most hostels or motels there is a room in the lobby where you can store your luggage temporarily for a few hours while you are checked out waiting for your airport pick up. That time could be hours long. At B47 there is no such a room. They tell you there are lockers outside on the street you can rent with a credit card.
The positives: the location is probably the best in town, super central minutes away from everything. The kitchen area is large and very functional with plenty of cookware to do basic cooking, the place is also maintained clean.
