One night apartman

We stayed there only one night in an apartement. Simple but very clean Pension close to the centre and the border crossing. You get everything what you need. Just the bathroom is to small. Very kind and helpfull stuff. Parking area. Calm area, ideal for tourists and families. Good price.

Not clean

We were here for two nights.
The bedding was not clean, and the room floor was also not so clean. You can hear what the others are talking in the other room or in the corridor.
The stuff was friendly (we didn't had breakfast). To be honest I had higher expectations for this amount of money.
Can be good during VOLT festival! ;)

Friendly staff, don't expect a 5* standard

We stayed here because one of my best friend got married.
Our room was surprisingly modern and new. We even had a small terrace. The location is near Sopron's center and a small supermarket. There is also a private parking area.
The receptionsts were super friendly and helpful. We could check out later without being charged.

Neat and cozy

Spent there one night with the group of 16 people, while having family reunion in Sopron. Rooms were furnished very simply, but were clean and tidy. Breakfast choice was quite basic, but everything was fresh and they were refilling everything very quickly. Our dogs were allowed to stay with us as well. If you don’t need luxury, choose Polus and you won’t regret.

Acceptable, but don't arrive with any expectation

For sure this pension has seen better days. When we went there - during the 2014 VOLT festival -, the wi-fi seldom worked, the air-con didn't blow any cold air, so our room felt like a sauna. However, the receptionists are really helpful, the breakfast (an additional 1000 HUF) is edible, although undeniably basic. Good location.
