Great place

Great place! Nice clean rooms, great facilities, great staff, nice surroundings, very acceptable prices. In the middle of a park, surrounded by trees, close to the river, the place offers enough of everything. Breakfast could be better, but the rest is amazing. Nearby there are several great restaurants and a good pub with live music, shopping is very close. Highly recommended. Car is required as not very close to Budapest but also lots of interesting places to visit around the hotel - Szenendre small town - use the ferry ride across Danube - it is an adventure.

Dirty and unpleasant

We booked a room for one night. The carpet was full of stains and dust, the bed linnen grayish, nothing anywhere close to freshly washed, white and crisp as you'd expect in a hotel.The bathroom poorly cleaned and toilet seat cover lose. The door of the shower could hardly be closed and the bathroom got flodded after using the shower. We didn't even have the courage to go the swimming pool after the experience with the room, so cannot rate the so-called wellness and sport facilities.

Ha olyan helyre akar menni, ahol úgy érzi útban van akkor jó választás!

A személyzet szinte szívességet tesz, ha kiszolgál. Kértünk egy italt és közölte ne ér rá vegyük ki a hűtőből. Bowlingnál nem kaptunk cipőt se. Általában kint dohányoznak az ott dolgozók. Ahol a reggeli vagy a vacsora van a bowling pályával és a medencével van egy szinten. Büdös és sötét. Fürödni lehet, ha nincs más program. Ez minden más programmal, így van. Senkinek nem javasoljuk.

Kellemes vidéki báj

Egy üzleti találkozón voltunk itt, tágas és jól felszerelt a tréningszoba, amiből van több is. Korrekt, pontos bekészítés. A svédasztalos ebéd átlagosra sikerült, de a célnak pont megfelelt. Céges rendezvényekre és egyéni igényekre is jól fel vannak készülve, kedves, előzékeny a személyzet.

Camere fatiscenti e igiene scarso, da evitare per lunghi pernottamenti.

Il nostro ufficio ha prenotato quest'albergo, dal 3 al 12 Gennaio 2018, affidandosi alle recensioni.
A me e al mio collega sono state date 2 stanze (la 100 e la 101). Entrambe le stanze maleodoravano di muffa e cattivo odore fuoriusciva dagli scarichi del bagno. Nella mia stanza (la 100) le porte della doccia si presentavano guaste, arrugginite e pulite con molta approssimazione (come tutto il bagno).
L'accoglienza è stata molto fredda perchè siamo arrivati in macchina dall'Italia e lungo il tragitto il traffico e il cattivo tempo ci hanno rallentato da farci arrivare 20 minuti oltre le 22. Nonostante avessimo avvisato per tempo di un piccolo ritardo oltre le 22 ci è stata addebitata una sanzione.
La colazione era predisposta nel locale bowling, locale che emanava un forte odore di chiuso e di umido, e definirla scarsa sarebbe persino cortese.
Controllando la prenotazione su Booking.com, l'albergo risultava AL COMPLETO quando eravamo gli unici ospiti.
Non abbiamo visto l'area benessere pubblicizzata e non possiamo valutarla perchè il giorno dopo abbiamo preferito lasciare l'albergo, trasferendoci in uno di categoria superiore, nella periferia nord di Budapest, e spendendo anche 10 € in meno al giorno.
