We enjoyed our stay at the Novotel hotel. The location was great, just across the Danube from the Parliament building, and only a five minute walk to the metro station. Given how hot it became in Budapest, Novotel‘s air-conditioning worked very well. The breakfast was just OK, but we appreciated everything else about the hotel.

The location is awesone. Although it's the other side of the downtown, but the public transportation is super easy and the metro is super close. Also, the Danube river is really close and you can enjoy the parliament 24/7. The facility was clean and convenient but the dryer needs improvement.

Great location with an incredible view of the Parliament. Easily walkable to all the main attractions. Highly recommend.

Convenient location close to the Metro (5 min) and Tram (10 min). Property is well maintained with a nice restaurant, elevators, and fridge in the rooms. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. My only complaint is there is not an outlet in the bathroom for a curling iron or flat iron to fix one’s hair, nor next to the dressing mirror. I ended up having to pull the mini fridge out of its wall compartment to access the plugs behind it just so I could fix my hair near a mirror.
