Pleasant stay

We stayed at this hotel with my class for 4 nights.
The mostly double rooms are clean, the furnishings simple, but functional. The bathroom is a little uncomfortable because the shower water comes out on the floor and you need rubber slippers.
The super hearty breakfast with sweet and savory dishes and a wide choice. Staff helpful and friendly.

Worst experience ever

Absolutely the worst hotel experience I have ever had.
The first red flag appears already during the booking process: they intentionally hide the real name of the hotel — “Hotel Berlin.” If a property won’t even use its real name online, you already know something is wrong. Unfortunately, things only got worse from there.
We arrived at midnight after a long trip, only to find out that the double room we booked did not exist. Instead of a proper double bed, we were given two single beds pushed apart. When we asked the receptionist, he simply said “all rooms are like that.” If that’s true, then why advertise a double room at all?
It became immediately clear that they gave us the worst room they had. One of the beds was broken, the sheets were dirty, and the entire room smelled awful. The walls had mold, the doors and heater were covered in rust, and nothing felt clean or safe. To make things even worse, whenever we took a shower, the whole bathroom flooded.
The receptionist was absolutely no help. Besides repeating “sorry, sorry,” he refused to call a manager or offer any kind of real solution.
Breakfast was just as disappointing. Instead of a normal breakfast, they served rice and noodles — more like a leftover lunch than anything appropriate for the morning. I couldn’t even eat half of what they offered.
This place is a complete disgrace. False advertising, dirty rooms, terrible maintenance, and staff who refuse to take responsibility. I would never stay here again and strongly warn anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere.

Disgrace

We went with our Turkish tour group.
As soon as we entered the room, we heard the sound of the fan coming from the bathroom. We went to reception and explained the situation to them. She came into the room and solved the problem by switching off the fuse, which of course left our bathroom without light.
Despite my wife and I requesting a double bed, two single beds were put together, and they said they didn't have double beds in their hotel.
The rooms do not have air conditioning, hair dryers are provided with a deposit, mini-fridges were provided upon request, and there are no foot towels or hand towels.
The breakfast was very meager. There was pasta. It was a particularly meager breakfast for Muslim Turks. There was only one type of cheese.
The night shift staff, in particular, acted as if we were staying for free and asking for things we shouldn't have, as if everything was perfectly fine.
I didn't like it at all.
This was also true for our other 40 tour companions who were staying there.

Disappointing experience

I stayed at this hotel twice (I couldn't change because the tour was run by Christian Tour and the accommodations were pre-arranged by the agency)!
I don't like to give bad reviews but the experience with this hotel was disappointing, the rooms were very small, they were terribly dirty, it smelled bad both in the room and in the hallway, and the bathroom seemed to be the source of infection and not a place to clean yourself.
Although it was rated 3 stars it offered
only one towel per person, bathroom with no towel or toilet paper holders, rusted sink bracket, door and door frame rotted, no hair dryer, 2 glass glasses with no hygienic protection, mold, wear and tear, stained walls and carpet and overall mess.
The unappetizing breakfast was served in a repulsive room.
I do not recommend and I will definitely be much more careful in the future so as not to end up in such situations again.
