Apartment in a strategic position

Very large belonging to 3 people with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, very spacious and practical kitchen. Excellent location with supermarket and public transport 400 meters away. Highly recommended! A dishwasher and washing machine are also available

Stay away !

The room did not match the pictures online. The furniture was old and worn, the floor near the bathroom was torn, and the bathtub was scratched and looked unclean.
The TV didn’t work because the batteries were drained. I asked for replacements, and while the staff said they would have maintenance bring some, I never received them.
For those planning to visit in the summer: there is no air conditioning in the bedroom.
The room had a full kitchen, but for a three-night stay I expected at least some basics such as coffee, tea, sugar, or salt—none were provided.
The area was noisy, with kids skateboarding late into the evening, and the sound of the nearby waterfall was more disturbing than relaxing throughout the night.
The only real advantage is the location, which is excellent. But you’ll need to decide if that benefit outweighs all the other issues.

Shabby

On the website, there are pictures of renovated apartments, and the positive reviews probably come from people who stayed in them. Unfortunately, the remaining apartments are of a much lower standard. This is confirmed by the negative reviews, which I unfortunately did not read before booking. Our apartment was dirty, smelly, and furnished with a collection of random, old furniture. The sofas were dirty and stained. The apartment had not been
cleaned before our arrival - there were hairs from previous occupants in the bathtub and on the floor. The grout in the bathroom was black with dirt. For three people, we received only two towels. After reporting the problem, no one responded. I strongly advise against staying in this shabby place - you never know if you’ll get the apartment from the photo or a disgusting hovel like we did. The price is absolutely disproportionate to the quality.

TOOK OUR MONEY AND DIDNT GIVE US A ROOM.

Booked a room hours before arrival. They claimed to have sent an email with our code to get into the apartment but never did. Tried to call customer service for over 2 hours but they kept putting the phone down. Finally got through. Customer service was rude and arrogant. Refused to send a code. We paid for a room and they refused to send our room number and code for the key box. It shouldn’t be this complicated to get a room. They had correct contact information and never sent an email. I understand mistakes can happen but when a paying customer calls and asks for them to re send a code. They should happily oblige. Not to refuse and then to refuse a refund. We had to book a hotel elsewhere and never received a refund. Absolutely terrible and hours of valuable time wasted due to lazy , incompetent staff. Absolutely disgraceful in all honesty. They took our money and ran.

Bad

The bed is so hard no adult or child can sleep on a bed like that. We arraived and they were no towel in the room when we call them to bring towel to the room they answer that they cant cause they run out of towels. The one small towel in the bathroom was dirty.no safe and no t.v in the bed room
