Boulevard Nights

All around decent, central, yet affordable accomodation. Kitchen is well-equipped, rooms are frequently cleared and the staff is great .

Avoid this hostel

One of the staff (called David) was rude and vulgar. I sent an email to John (the manager) explaining the incident I had with David but never heard from the manager. The other staff member were nice but with such a bad experience with David, it ruined my whole stay there.
David works in the reception and he does not like to receive questions about how to use the common areas of the hostel. He is playing video games all the time, his English intelligibility is poor when he explains information about the hostel but when he harasses with racist intentions toward latin American people, such as myself, he makes sure you understand. I was harassed by him as it shows in the video cameras of the hostel. Hopefully the manager bothers to see that video.
Avoid this hostel if David is still working there.

I would suggest to add extra curtains around the bed, as every time someone moved about or turned on the light, it was fully visible and disturbed my sleep (usually I have a sleep mask, but lost it a few days prior to my stay so it was very noticeable that a section of the curtain was missing.
It would also be helpful, if there was a ramp for the staircase, and made some adjustments for the elevator. I was travelling with two large suitcases, and I could barely manage to get upstairs.

It is in an old building, the rooms are big with high ceilings and big windows, it can be noisy if windows are open. Very good location, in closest proximity to transportation and points of interest. The beds are comfortable and all them have a privacy curtain. The bathrooms and facilities were clean and well maintained.

Great Spot for Travelers — Just Be Mindful of Dorm Life
I stayed here during my trip and really loved the location — super central and easy to get around. The staff were welcoming and the place was clean, which I really appreciated after long days of exploring.
The only downside was the shared dorm experience. One guest came back very late, turned on the lights, talked loudly on the phone, and unfortunately got sick in the bathroom. It made it a bit hard to get proper rest.
Still, the hostel itself is great. If you’re a light sleeper or prefer quiet nights, a private room might be worth considering!
