First class hotel, staff and food.
Had an amazing time staying at this hotel, our room was perfect, everything so clean, restaurant was wonderful and the food in the evenings and breakfast superb.
Must be the friendliest hotel we have ever stayed in, so peaceful, so relaxing and the views are stunning.
The whole experience was first class and the owners and staff should be commended for making this a truly wonderful experience.

A wonderful hotel
We had a wonderful week at this superb hotel and would have no hesitation in returning. The staff, each and every one, were first class, friendly , helpful and very efficient. The food both at breakfast and evening meal was top quality, and don't get me started on the cakes in the café!!
The room we had (Icart) was lovely with a queen size bed, table and easy chairs and a large bed settee that I think would make a double bed when opened out. We had a lovely view over the swimming pool and out to sea.
Two members of staff who deserve special mention are Fran who seems to do every job in the hotel and Janley ( "think Stanley with a J " !!) who looked after us particularly at breakfast time.
We hired a car but the bus does stop at the front of the hotel and takes you into St Peter Port.
All in all if you're going to Guernsey, lucky you, this hotel should be your base.

First time in this hotel since I was 17 now 75, changed beyond recognition absolutely amazing difference, we as a group were there for lunch and could not fault it outstanding food thank you Paul and seriously great service, loved every second of the day, well done Hotel Jerbourg.

Lovely hotel. Highly recommended.
A lovely hotel . Location a little remote but very picturesque and bus stops right outside. Nice rooms well maintained. Excellent restaurant.
Staff are excellent. Owner always around making sure things are ok. Also special mentions for Janley and Fran.

Recommend everything. A Gem of a Hotel!
First impressions are always the best and our first impression of the Hotel were the absolute top. Our ferry was running 1.5 hours late which made a significant difference to our arrival time and Fran, when we did arrive made most welcome and she gave time to 'freshen up' without any hassle even though we were going to be late for our reserved dining time.
Our room was large and most comfortable with everything provided and kept clean and tidy by the staff excellently. Breakfast was a buffet or cooked or both and the cooked breakfast was thoughtfully presented on the plate.
The hotel has a well stocked bar which we used prior to our evening meal.
Dinner was a dining experience with professional staff both in the restaurant and in the kitchen!
Rather than providing a pudding list, guests are invited to go to the cake and coffee bar where there is a good range available with or without ice cream.
All staff were most friendly and helpful and my wife and I had a most enjoyable and comfortable time and when the time came we were rather reluctant to leave for home!
